  • LEED Silver certification is expected
  • We're following a Diversity Inclusion Plan that maintains a minimum goal of MWBE participation of 25%
  • Parking Area details are under discussion with the City
  • Groundbreaking by Fall 2010
  • The new facility will bring upwards of 75 NEW jobs to the community
  • Program development continues as collaborations and partnerships are explored
